My Time at U of Oregon
My time at the University of Oregon as a Division 1 student-athlete was transformative. Balancing the rigorous demands of academics and the commitment to golf taught me the value of discipline, time management, and perseverance. Being away from home for the first time pushed me to grow in ways I hadn’t anticipated, helping me build independence and resilience. I formed incredible friendships with teammates and classmates, and together we created memories that will last a lifetime. The experience challenged me in the best ways, helping me develop a stronger sense of who I am while teaching me to navigate life’s responsibilities with determination and gratitude.
My Time at UC Riverside
My time at UC Riverside began as my journey at the University of Oregon came to an unexpected end due to an injury. While it was difficult to leave behind that chapter, it became the start of something new. At UCR, I discovered my passion for business and data analytics, diving into coursework that challenged and inspired me. I’ve been on the Dean’s Honor List every quarter and earned a spot on the Chancellor’s Honor List, which reflects the dedication I’ve poured into this chapter of my education. If Oregon was where I was first shaped, UCR was the heat that solidified me, turning challenges into growth and purpose.
